“ITTT TEFL Course appeared to be very informative with interesting and useful information. I was searching for a long time for a good TEFL course as there are a variety of them on the Internet but I don't regret about choosing the 170-hour ITTT TEFL course with specialization in teaching online. The units in the course were well-structured with a lot of illustrative materials. All of the information was provided in the easy to understand way what is a great help in passing the tests at the end of every unit. In general, I strongly recommend to apply for ITTT courses. They have a good support system and whenever you need help or additional information they will reply in a fast but professional manner.”

“The course was very informative and just challenging enough. Really illustrated the issues that teachers will face in the classroom alongside actual English language coursework. I enjoyed the mix of the two from unit to unit. I do wish however that there was some more post-course support. For example videos of a full class time or the ability to sit in on other TEFL teachers' classes. I was told that this would cost me something like $800 extra after I had already paid for and completed my 120 hr course! Now I'm qualified with no idea how to build the confidence I need before I go out and take up a teaching position. Seems like a bit of a waste.”

Thank you for your review, Rygelle. We offer two options for all our courses: tutored + videos and untutored. The prices for both are different. The tutored version includes videos, while the untutored version does not. I hope this clarifies any worries. All the best to you!

“Good for first-timers. Flexible schedule, intuitive material, no major complaints. For an online course that requires no in-class practicum, ITTT provides a solid review of precise, condensed information for those already in the TEFL field, and a good starting point for those who would like to become involved with TEFL. As someone who has been working in the TEFL field for five years, most of the information provided through ITTT was intuitive. It was only a matter of going through the motions to acquire the certificate. If you take multiple courses through ITTT beware that some of the units will be almost exactly verbatim from other courses. Decide if you really want a course that is challenging in its content (if so, do not take ITTT) or if you just want the extra certification.”

Update: We have resolved all our certificate shipment issues that were caused by the global pandemic and are shipping our certificates for most countries from the UK to avoid any future delays.

“I had taken this course to update myself on learning a new skill on teaching, and the course didn't disappoint me. I got to understand the different techniques of teaching, the break down of grammar. However, it would be nice to know more than just grammar. It would be nice to know how to teach descriptive narratives, summarization, prediction, synonyms, fantasy fiction and many such techniques under learning English. It would definitely be more helpful. Overall, worth doing course.”

Hello Priya. Thank you for your review. Our courses are structured in a way that teaches you how teaching skills (50% of the lessons) and how to teach grammar (50%). If you would like to go deeper into these topics, I recommend our 250-hour TESOL Diploma course.

“every thing is fine . But certificate still did not receive and job catching support after the compleation is not satisfactory”

As we mentioned in our email to you on 22nd May, we were unable to send your certificate on completion of your course as international postal deliveries via registered post were not possible due to the Coronavirus. Unfortunately, this situation remains unchanged for your location and we have been given no indication when postal services will resume to your country at present. We will do our best to let you know as soon as the certificate has been sent out. You should already have received the URL of a scanned copy of your certificate, but if you need this again please let us know. Our apologies for the inconvenience, but as you’ll appreciate this situation is beyond our control. On 30th May, you emailed us about teaching in Japan and Europe. We replied on 1st June asking you to let us know which countries in Europe you were thinking of teaching in so that we could provide more detailed information and contacts specifically for those countries. We are happy to do this once we receive a reply to the email.

“I thought the course and materials were well written and easy to follow. There was a great deal of fundamental teaching material that was new to me along with quite a bit I was already familiar with. I did feel that while the video content was well made the course would have greatly benefited from having more of it, as 95% of the course consists of reading segments. More video media to accompany the reading material would have been appreciated. I also felt some of the tests had too few questions to give an accurate evaluation of comprehension of the reading - there were times when a simple misunderstanding of a question would reflect disproportionately to the overall score of my understanding of a given test. Overall however I felt the course was well designed and helpful for the purposes of TEFL/TESOL instruction. I am currently waiting for my certificate to be sent to my address as well. It may be delayed due to the global COVID19 crisis but I hope for it to arrive soon.”

“The information in the course and the videos are very useful if you have no idea on how to teach. The information is quite complete and the links provide updated resources. I didn´t find the tests very useful. Maybe more open questions like what would you do in such and such situation would be more useful. But all in all, I enjoyed the course.”
