“The course with ITTT was well spread. From the beginning to the end, one would enjoy its flow. Easy and clearly laid. But till now I’m not happy with the way you are dealing with my certificate . During the total lockdown was when I wrote the exams in March. Unfortunately your team sad due to the pandemic they couldn’t send it then to me in Turkey . All my colleagues who wrote theirs with other bodies have collected theirs . Most schools I submit CV asked me to get the original apart from the PDF you sent . Yet I’ve not collected it till today . Don’t make me regret writing the exams with you . Please I need my certificate.”

Hello Oluwaseun, your certificate was originally delayed due to COVID 19 restrictions, as we explained to you previously. It was then sent to you on 23rd July and delivery was attempted by your postman but nobody was available to sign for the package. We are dealing with your situation via email, and will respond today to the email you sent to us yesterday.

Thank you for leaving a review, Chin-Ti. The ITTT 50-hour course in teaching English to young learners was designed as a supplementary course to give an introduction to the field of teaching English to young learners. Each course unit should be an average of around eight hours of study time. This would include the course participant reading information, researching answers to questions in the task sheets and taking a test. The level of the materials studied therefore matches its purpose.

“If you're the first-time English instructor and have no idea where to start, this course will give you some basic knowledge and essentials to begin with. Bur if you're experienced English instructor and just want a certificate as I did, it might be a little boring during taking the course, but I think it was worth taking time for this because it was a good chance to make sure if my experience was on a right track and to track back what I've been doing and reflecting my time through this course.”

“I'm pretty satisfied. The course was complete and super useful, ther service provided was amazing too. However, when I finished, I was promissed a free business course once I sent a video talking about me and the course, and I never got a response nor the free course :-(.”

“Classes were set up fairly organized but the tests were horribly written. There were grammar errors throughout and the material wasn’t in the readings. As a master teacher of twenty-five years, I would describe the tests as something written by a student teacher or someone in their first bloc to become a teacher. Total embarrassment to the field of education”

“The course is generally self-paced which gave enough opportunity to finish at my pace. The course content is also educative. However, after the course I expected that my certificate will bear an official stamp or seal for authenticity. But in all, the experience was okay.”

“Some of the questions were tricky. They should all be straightforward type questions.”

“Some questions were quite subjective. For example "What will affect the choice of country for work". And you know what? I made a mistake! The course setters has to take a look at their questions one more time and make them as OBJECTIVE as possible. Another example is sth like "How will you make the lesson". Come on, you're writing, that everything is SO individual, every teacher has its own style of teaching, etc. But anyway a teacher will make a mistake in the test here, because actually there is only one way. The tutor answers to my questions once for 24 hours, you could be more caring about your students' questions. On the whole, the course is okay and I passed it with highly rated, but that's actually my merit.”

“It's average at best. It's designed for medium-sized groups not individual students. It's good for people with no experience perhaps.”

“The individual courses and exams were helpful and well done. My issue is with the final lesson plan requirement. I am a certified public school teacher with an educational background that reflects this. Lesson planning is something that I not only have knowledge of but am also quite comfortable with. The advisor that was assigned to evaluate my lesson plan set unrealistic expectations, and seemed to have very little experience with real-life classroom techniques. The changes to my lesson plan that were required for a passing grade were completely unrealistic. I would never create a lesson plan similar to the one that the evaluator was suggesting, in my classroom today. In order to pass the course, however, I had to ignore my instincts an training as an educator. It was disappointing, to say the least.”

“Overall, I felt the program was solid. I was able to have a detailed review of English grammar which was and is immensely helpful. I however felt the lesson planning techniques fell short and was relatively inflexible. I would have liked to see more theories or ways to create lesson plans.”
