The course with ITTT was well spread. From the beginning to the end, one would enjoy its flow. Easy and clearly laid. But till now I’m not happy with the way you are dealing with my certificate . During the total lockdown was when I wrote the exams in March. Unfortunately your team sad due to the pandemic they couldn’t send it then to me in Turkey . All my colleagues who wrote theirs with other bodies have collected theirs . Most schools I submit CV asked me to get the original apart from the PDF you sent . Yet I’ve not collected it till today . Don’t make me regret writing the exams with you . Please I need my certificate.
