“Efficiently delt with my online order and promptly dispatched. Delivery made by Yodel which was less impressive. Suitcase arrived in a battered and torn box, I am sure it was not sent in that condition. Thoroughly checked the case which was OK.”

“I ordered one cabin and one suitcase (L) of same design ATTUNED-CHARCOAL. But received a different suitcase with small in size as well. Already email and now its been 3 days and I'm just replying to IT CUSTOMER SERVICE emails and didn't receive my luggage back.”

Hi Usama, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you received the incorrect items. I can see via the email chain that multiple, consecutive emails have been received from yourself. Please kindly be aware that we do work from oldest to newest throughout the inbox, so with each new email received this will move your email chain back to the top of the inbox, therefore, increasing the waiting time for a response. Following on from the above, we also advise of a 24-48hr response period, although this may vary during peak periods like we are currently working through. “Unbelievable customer service. I received my order on the 16th of August and received a faulty suitcase. I emailed IT straight away and they have not yet resolved this issue. I have been told the faulty suitcase will be collected but then no driver turns up. Then IT said they will arrange another courier and have failed to book it in on the day they said. I asked for a confirmation email so I can make work arrangements to stay at home. But nothing. I have never known for a return to take this long or to be this complicated.”

Firstly, I would like to apologise on the courier's behalf for the failed collection attempt in the first instance. Unfortunately, once this has been booked in on our end, it is then out of our hands and we put our faith in the courier to fulfil the collection request. However, I can see that a 2nd collection was booked in for you and it has since been confirmed by yourself via the email chain that this collection did in fact go ahead. “I have had IT luggage before and found it well made and great value and light weight, which is a bonus when restricted to 20k. I decided it was time to update so went for the Britbag 2pc set and was not disapointed, the cabin case is within the size for hand luggage and is great the bag as lots of room and much better than a carry on bag, the larger case is great too enough room for my much needed holiday items. 10/10”
