“Unfortunately Evri has not delivered the parcel so Zi cannot rate the suitcase. This may not be fault of IT luggage but I was not able to use it for my holiday as it still had not arrived when I left.”

“The second time i used the case the zip broke. I complained and got an automated reply but no response. After many emails - which included them asking me to send them multiple videos of the damaged case they agreed to replace it.”

“I ordered 2 suitcases (1 in error) - 2 different prices. I cancelled the one with the higher price tag and also emailed. I was told the order had been cancelled. The 2nd order which I wanted (with lower price tag) was correctly delivered but I was charged the higher price. There was a fair amount of to/fro but eventually resolved. Thank you for resolving this”

Hi there, Many thanks for your review. I have had a look into this for you and can confirm that the correct order has been refunded on our end. To confirm, you would have been charged for both orders at the point of the orders being placed, it is only when the order with the higher price point has been refunded that you will then have only been charged for the 1x order at the lower price point. “Suitcase arrived quickly and is exactly as described on the website. Very happy with item. Only negative was that when it arrived the outer box was ripped quite badly but thankfully the case wasn’t damaged.”
