“Better than Amazing value bought a set of 3. The expanding feature avoids the need to take another suitcase. These expand so well and are rigid. Will be taking on my next vacation so will update later but as of now 10/10 for quality and price. 10/10 delivery was next day simply amazing did not expect that and free”

“Suitcase lovely colour and an ideal size for me. A few scratches on the handle - probably from the delivery firm - box it arrived in bashed to pieces but it is a suitcase after all and is probably going to be bashed when travelling”

“I've just received my 3 Convertible suitcases and am very impressed! what a great idea to make the wheels removeable to save them getting snapped off by the baggage handlers. It's also my first time buying a hard shell, these ones seem to be very robust (haven't tried them on a holiday yet - but I have every confidence) the build quality is top notch. The 20% discount for buying 3 cases at the same time direct from IT was the icing on the cake as I almost bought them from Argos which would have cost me an extra £50. The cases arrived quickly and were packaged well.”

“Ordering process online was easy, communication was good. Case arrived promptly packaging was in good condition. Not used the case yet, but I am pleased with the size, colour and light weight.”

“The suitcase broke the first time I tried to use it. The expander zipper does not move anymore and it is in a constant expanded state which is extremely inconvenient.”

“Returned an item as I’d decided it was too big, really complicated to return something. Was told someone would contact me as to when it would be collected. No one did. Courier just arrived at my door, luckily I was in. Put my name on mailing list to let me know when an item would be back in stock and no email recieved. Went online and it was back in stock 🙄”

I can see from the email chain that the customer service team responded to both of your emails in under 24 hrs and on 7th July at 10.40am, a member of the team did contact you as promised to confirm the collection had been booked and confirmed for the 9th July and they also provided you with the couriers tracking number for the collection, so you could see the allocated 2 hour collection slot given by the courier on the day of collection.
