“Haven’t used the suitcase yet.The box it was delivered in was obviously a used box tattered and worn,for that reason I would never buy from you again and the inside of the suitcase was creased and untidy obviously it had been sent back and not inspected”

“One of the 3 cases is faulty. I am now having to sit in and wait for it to be collected before I have to sit in again on another day for a replacement to be delivered. Very frustrating.”

“I was delighted with our 2 extra large suitcases. They were very light for such a big case. I had an issue with a zip and contacted customer services. I dealt with Louise who has extremely helpful and efficient. So thank you Louise for sorting everything”
