“I have ordered this case before. I ordered the smaller one for a different use. It is quite light. Very serviceable which is want you want when travelling. Easy to push about in any direction with good wheels. I am very happy”

“I have found it suitcase brand to be very relieable, suitcases outlasting a number of other suitcase I have prevsiouly owed. I ordered via the it webiste, I paid for next day delivery, however I did not get my order until the 2nd working day which happened to be monday after the weekend, I needed the suitcases for the following day, as I was travelling overseas.”

“Despite sending 3 emails to customer services, no response materialised regarding the size of the suitcase and if this included wheels and handles. Your website advised the height us over 63 cm but when it arrived the measurement of the case was only 58 cm high, therfore smaller than wanted, disappointed with lack of communication from your customer services team”

“I bought a large suitcase 2 months ago, and I just used it once for our holiday and the wheels was not working properly anymore. The wheels not move straight but keep on heading to the left, make it hard to control it. I have contacted your costumer service,still waiting for your replay how to get our warranty. Are you going to replace it ? Or fix it? We are travelers so we need that suitcase soon.”

“Can’t say anything on the quality of the item as I still haven’t received it . The parcel was apparently delievered however I have still not received my item contacted IT they said I would have my parcel in the next week and are sending a new one , it is now passed that week and my item still hasn’t arrived with me”
