My husband bought me this case my first small suitcase as I can’t manage big ones anymore! It is a sturdy case brilliant design for packing and my husband said it was a good price! I think the reason for this is the colour of the case and the fact that the zip is a different colour because of this reason I am very disappointed!

I canceled my order due to the fact that the item couldn’t be left in a safe place which would of been our shed which most deliverys are left For us there but that was to much to ask so I asked for a refund And the company lost business

Having to return to due to being delivered with a check in it. But must say that the customer service reply and help has been really easy to deal with and have responded in great time. Hope the rest of the process will as easy

I still didn’t receive my order as delivery company returned it to the shop still no one contacted me as I want my order the money been taken from my account but I don’t have my suitcases or money

Dear It luggage, I don't know what is happening with your delivery, Evri company, but my parcel is still with them from 6th August. They couldn't deliver, now returning back to It luggage, on its way.Today is 22nd August. Really??? What time will it be solved then? You should consider another delivery company. Thanks for the nothing.

The size of the suitcase comes up a little smaller then the average medium case. However it is expendable.

Very disappointed. My order never arrived, then no one seems to work after 5pm on a Friday so couldn’t follow up or ask for help with Evri who has seemingly stolen my order.

I do understand I got my two luggage bags from sale and I think it should have been packaged a bit better. At the end of the day, I did not get them for free, I paid for them and they should have been more careful with the packaging. The cardboard box they came in was ripped exposing the items to dust and other things. Overall they are nice luggage bags.

I ordered a child’s suitcase and paid for next day delivery, unfortunately the delivery service used didn’t deliver it the next day and I was left without case on the day of our flight. However the customer service did respond very quickly and gave me my money back. I would order again from IT but give myself a couple of days before I fly.

Luggage looks great though we’ve to use it first! I was a little disappointed that next working day delivery wasn’t actually the next working day & after trying to contact to ask as few times about this I gave up.
