“Very happy with my new luggage. The service was excellent and dispatch was quick. The case seems sturdy and the four wheels make it easy to use. Glad I bought the extra large as I certainly managed to fill it to the brim! If they ever make one with a second expanding zip around it would be even better. Although large we managed to get the case in a small hire car boot (just) which was lucky as we hadn’t thought of that. The locking mechanism is way to use however a four digit combination would have been better. The case survived an EasyJet flight with no damage just dirt marks which haven’t come off with a wipe. Should have bought the cover! All in all a great piece of luggage and with great service I will definitely buy again direct from IT”

“2 of 3 cases seem fine but the handle on the third is broken, gets stuck in the upright position., which makes me question the quality of all of them. Emailed a week ago and so far no response to address this issue which is frankly appalling customer service. Not all that impressed.”

“I m not happy with their customer service. I placed an order and I received a damage item. I started a claim for replacement and requested a replacement and collection to be on the same day because I was travelling in a 10days time. They told me replacement won’t take place until they don’t receive damage item. To book a collection it will take them 48 hours. Booked a collection no one turn up. Email them again but no proper response. Now I m stuck with damage item”

Hi there, Many thanks for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your recent experience. Unfortunately, it is standard policy for the returning item to be collected prior to any form of replacement being processed/dispatched. Furthermore, I can see that the first convenient collection date advised by yourself was for a Monday, however, this was only advised on a Sunday, out of office hours where, unfortunately, we would be unable to arrange collections I'm afraid. Hence, an alternate convenient date was requested. I can only apologise on the courier's behalf that once the collection was arranged, this did not go ahead as planned. However, I can happily see that the team have provided a further update and potential alternate route for resolution as of this morning for you. “The case looks extremely professional and with a stylish finish, and is matched by its functional proficiency and large capacity for a carry on. I have been really impressed as I had originally thought it would be an overpriced bag with a shiny finish but it's actually a top quality piece of luggage all round.”
