“I had an initial problem with my order and the way it arrived but it was swiftly sorted after contacting customer services. Pleasant and friendly to deal with and luckily my goods were not damaged despite the damaged and unsecured packaging it arrived in.”

“I thought istome were very good, we had a slight delay due to the company moving to another premises but we were well informed of this. We also got 10% off our order for the inconvenience and Karen kept us upto date on our order. They were still very helpful and professional even in such a big move and we would definitely recommend them, in fact we have bought other items from istome since their move and our order arrived in two days.”

“I received the goods quite quickly, we’ll wrapped, so that’s a plus. When it comes down to contacting customer service, they are nowhere to be heard. I have left a message on their system and I have not received a response from them and it’s been well over 4 weeks. So that’s a big minus.”

“Made two orders. The first order I cancelled due to it taking way too long to even dispatch the item, spoke to customer services over email and they couldn't do anything, a refund was given. My second order came late and box was all dinted. Disappointed as the item was a gift.”
