Rather disappointed that I had to pay postage myself for a return

Disappointing returns service. Would make me not order from here again. I requested a return and I didn’t get a response for over 24 hours. I requested it the morning I had time to process the return. I now won’t have time until next week. The only return option is then for myself to take the item to the post office and pay for the postage. On a heavy item this will be quite a lot especially as I will need it to be tracked to ensure it arrives and I get the refund. Not worth it! I could and should have bought the item from elsewhere with free, no hassle returns. Also in the email I received my name and the items I wanted to return were also incorrect which does not fill you with confidence.

Product was good and the service was fantastic but to cut corners at how the item was packed beggars belief. To send a candylab toy in a plastic envelope is just not acceptable due to the heavy handiness of the postal service and Is To Me need to rethink there packing of there products to make sure the item get to the recipient in stock condition.

I received the goods quite quickly, we’ll wrapped, so that’s a plus. When it comes down to contacting customer service, they are nowhere to be heard. I have left a message on their system and I have not received a response from them and it’s been well over 4 weeks. So that’s a big minus.

Made two orders. The first order I cancelled due to it taking way too long to even dispatch the item, spoke to customer services over email and they couldn't do anything, a refund was given. My second order came late and box was all dinted. Disappointed as the item was a gift.

Wrong item sent out, emailed twice as requesting compensation for inconvenience and no response after 3 weeks. Did agree to swap item or give a discount but communication has been poor.

Company is let down by the shockingly poor (non existent!) customer service! ...One of the items wasn’t shipped but there was no explanation. I tried to make contact several times, sent emails and left telephone messages but no one came back to me. Poor customer service like this is just not expected these days. Really puts me off from ordering again, which is a real shame as the products are nice. Eventually after about 4 weeks someone got in touch to say the item wasn’t available and I was offered a substitute, which I accepted and was then shipped.

Ordered a week ago and my order of items for my daughter still hasn’t been shipped. It says they ship after 1-2 days on the website. Please bear this in mind when ordering as I may not receive items in time for my daughters birthday. It’s a shame because the items look very lovely on the website.
