“There was a couple of mishaps in regards to what I actually ordered can sort of be expected given the circumstances but I got what I needed just five the young lad that served me was very polite friendly attitude about him which made it comforting knowing that Island vape is doing all it can to continually service customers during this hard and difficult time”

Hello Sir. I have checked and rather than pay for same day delivery, being in an NN postal code you chose Royal Mails 2nd class service on April 9th. Royal Mail are currently experiencing delays of upto a week in certain areas, and the standard 2nd class service takes 3-5 working days. The 4 days following your order were bank holiday and weekend - meaning no post would have been attempted. So today being the 17th (although 8 days since your order) is only working day number 4 for the Royal Mail. I understand its frustrating, but this delay here is caused by Royal Mail rather than ourselves, and we have posted it and provided a tracking number as proof (although their tracking service is not working sufficiently due to COVID-19) We are offering the same day service for this reason, and I hope you will consider re-reviewing your score based on this information as currently, once its left our store there is very little we can do. Thank-You
