When went into shop guy that was there didn’t know what coil I needed for my smok vape pen pen and didn’t have it in stock nor does any other shops maybe could stock all vape items as losing out on customers as I had to get offline

Very nice staff and great delivery service the whole experience was great but one issue I had hence the 3 stars. Order the item which was in the sales picture but item was coated instead of bare brass which was advertised. Apart from that a very good company with very nice staff

Not knowledgeable about anything other than pods. Gangs of kids hanging about in there and feel like I'm dragging the counter staff away from a social gathering with their mates Answering your question Bar one chap I've spoken to that was covering. No clue regarding; Mech devices, ohms law, RDA's, RTA's, coil building/wicking. Got sneered at by one young member of staff and asked what's the point of my series mech and dripper lol

I was very confused when I ordered so many packs of coils. I honestly thought that I ordered more than I received, but the price was for per coil and not per pack, so it worked out more expensive than elsewhere. so very disappointed.

Hi Philip Apologies for any confusion. I've just checked, and the variant you chose was '0.4ohm Mesh (Single Coil)' All our variants state if its a single coil, or pack when purchasing ThankYou

HI Trevor What is it you're after sir, the Puff Dragon Tobacco? I shall try my best to overflow the shelves with it, but we do have limited room so tend to be able to only hold so much in the stores at 1 time. (22 flavours over 3 strengths takes up a lot of room) but if you tell me how many you'd like to order I can ensure we send more as we have stock in the warehouse ThankYou

Since covid, due to many people panic buying, and buying more then normal our sales trends have gone a bit all over the place, and its currently more difficult to predict what people will be buying. Good service although didnt have all the coils i ordered but replacement sent for 2 of them, would of been nice to know that they wasn't in stock when placing the order as i would of just ordered the ones i wanted instead of buying 2 coils i don't want.

Also, apologies for the 6day lead time, as per the websites warning Royal Mail are experiencing severe delays due to COVID-19, and a 5-7 day lead time is on the site with the option for same day delivery aswell if you live in Northamptonshire to help avoid long delays which are out of our hands. Nic shots should be a suggested item, or just make nic shots easier to find

The only gripe I have is that you often have to wait for service due to the only person behind the counter is busy setting up other customers machines or mixing their juice for them. Very frustrating when you've only popped in for a couple of bottles.

Hi! Thanks for the review, we are aware of this issue and we now have 2 staff members in all shops most of the time to minimise this, and have recently employed new staff members. Can I ask which store it is you visit? I will certainly feedback to all the stores, and we have a new operations manager started last week who will be looking into things like this. If you know what you're after, and in a bit of a rush we wont mind if you interrupt... the staff should be happy to multi serve where they can :)
The website is annoying to navigate. After clicking on a juice and adding it to your basket, it takes you right back to the start. So you could be scrolling a few pages to find your juice then add it to the basket and it takes you back to the home page. So you need to re enter what you are looking for and scroll all through again. When you are buying 8 juices, this gets very tedious.

Hi Anonymous We are so sorry you find the website hard to navigate. I understand what you're saying though - Unfortunately with it being powered by Shopify we are a little restricted to what changes we can make in this sense. I will however do my best to enhance any coding if it allows me too. We hope you continue to use the website and find it easier as we are able to make changes! Other than that, I hope your orders are always received quickly and you're happy with everything else?
