I can never get the liquid vape I use so I'm going to use another supplier

I tried to use my points for vape juice, but the salesperson refused; she stated I had to spend on filters, not vape juice. I don't think I'll return to this store.

Hi Sharon We have reached out via usual email but haven't heard back. The points are added on via a discount code - but your purchase was already discounted using a multi buy offer (we cant use 2 discount codes at once on our system) So apologies for this, but if any future orders are placed you can choose to either use points or have the multi buy discount. Hope this helps
Great until you get a faulty device (6 days old) and they will not exchange it. Terrible customer service. Been a customer since they opened. Now will go elsewhere.

Explanation/reply to reply from question recieved after review where I mentjoned not reciveing the 8 nic shots I ordered: as follows: ----- honesty, I didn't think I'd be believed as it was ticked on the order sheet as if it was added in, but it wasn't.. the order number was IVUK120917 I received everything else fine, the bottles for mixing x2 - st33p flavour up 50ml shortfill along with its flavour match nic shot (boxed together) 2 X 10ml nic salts (two different flavours, Greek frappe & Vanilla Custard) along with all the coils I ordered, the vape I ordered & the XL tanks for said vape. The only thing missing from the order was the 8 nic shot salts I ordered to mix with the steep one up juice I did receive, just didn't get the 8 nic salts with it.. wasn't sure anything could be done as it was delivered to me directly and I didn't even notice it was missing till I opened the package around 8pm that night (after you were closed) I would really appreciate if the nic salts could actually be delivered to me, as my juice is currently only 3mg - I needed them to add to the "st33p flavour up" juice. Was supposed to deliver the next day but came 3 days later and they made all sorts of silly excuses, very poor service,

Hi Jennifer. As per our conversations at the time, there was no answer for 2 days at the given address and the telephone number provided was incorrect. As soon as we discussed this, and resolved that issue the parcel was successfully delivered - and on most occasions, we would ask customers to re-pay their same day service if the information given was incorrect, and nobody answered the door. However, we attempted the delivery each time at no extra charge. Evidence was also sent to you that we had been to the property and attempted phone calls. Apologies you felt our service wasn't upto scratch and we hope on your next order it is satisfactory now we have edited the details on record.
Been ab a month and order still hasn't come, it said it was in New York and now it’s in Jamaica. at this point I jus want a refund

Hi Khalif. We understand your frustration but have done everything correctly on our side. We are not a courier and sounds like the issue is with them and not us. Although you have ordered through us, once it's left us we have no control over the journey of the parcel. With you ordering over Christmas a new year delays are to be expected. We will continue to keep an eye on the package, and if we can't get anywhere soon then of course we can issue a refund.
I bought a box of Sakerz coils in your store 2 weeks ago and paid £3.50 for them. I then ordered 5 boxes of Sakerz coils in your online store and received a 20% discount, but I have only been sent 5 individual coils , plus some sample liquids. I thought I was getting a reasonable offer on your website, but now feel ripped off as I only received 5 coils and not 5 boxes. Amazon sell packs of 3 for £2.16 per coil, and there is no postage. I wish I had gone elsewhere now.

Hi Lisa. I am sorry for any confusion, but I've checked the description of the product and it does state its a single coil purchase. The website is the same as our instore offers, I have checked your instore purchase where you bought the tank and you only purchased 1 coil for £3.50 not a packet? This morning I have checked several big vape companies websites and our pricing remains competitive, when you get the 20% discount for buying 5 or more it works out at £2.80 a coil which is cheaper than most. Unfortunately Amazon are Amazon - on certain items they can be hard to compete with on price, and aren't a vape store so not a company we look at as a price comparison. Very sorry again for any issues caused.
Half the time in my experience, whatever they advertise on the online store is rarely in stock. Happened so many times I've lost count.

Did not have item required in stock, nor my second option either, this is a regular issue occurring regularly. When item is in stock restricted to how many to purchase unless willing to forfeit the loyalty card stamp to buy more than 1 lot or 4. Item - gold and silver 12, also sold out of gold and silver 18.

Hi So sorry for we run out of your favourite juice (I know how annoying this can be!) Which store is it you visit? If its Billing this could be due to its size, and lack of space for extra back stock which we now have a plan for! If you could let us know your name, I will happily order extra and pop your name of the box so they will only be sold to you :)
