“I found IOLLA on instagram and loved the variety of trendy frames that were on offer. I couldn't believe that the frame, lenses etc were included in the one price. I love that there is no hidden charges for thinning etc. I live in Newcastle but visit Edinburgh often so popped in the shop, chose my frames and ordered them to be delivered to my home. The staff were great and super helpful. I received my glasses a couple of weeks later and I am sooooo pleased with them, the quality is superb! Super impressed with the thinning as well, best ive had in glasses yet. I will be buying more!”

“Quality glasses provided by a great team. Style and presentation of the glasses is well worth the price and you get more than what you’re paying for. Staff are nice and friendly and offer expert help which helped me pick the right frames for me.”

“These glasses have so much character! The shop felt like a fun experience! To go around and try new styles and try on 'something different'... I went home with a new pair and a new style! All my friends commented on how cool my specs look! :) Everyone was super helpful at the branch! Thanks for all your help!”

“Got a voucher for specs and easy to pick a pair I liked. Didnt have my latest prescription with me but emailed it the next day. 14 days later New specs arrived by post. Lovely. I live In England but the distance is no barrier.”

“I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. The assistants were helpful without being pushy. I also really like the range and style of glasses on offer. The inclusive price is very reasonable I think too. I would certainly recommend.”

“The design of the frames is very different and they have a cheap assortment of them. The service in the store was good. A couple of things could be better is in regard to the frame I chose due to it is a bit loose, not complete adjusted, and I would like they to offer the optometrist check service too. Overall, great price for a really nice new look 🤓 Thank you!”
