“The staff in Iolla on Argyle Street were excellent. Especially Katie who helped me pick a pair of glasses and also made me feel very welcome when I came in. I required an adjustment for my glasses when I received them and once again I was helped within five minutes despite having no appointment. Katie and the rest of the staff were excellent.”

“First class service from shop staff friendly welcoming and lovely manners. I knew exactly what frame I wanted as this is my third pair of Iolla frames (Adam ). Prices have risen from £40 through £65 to £85 but hasn’t everything . Very pleased with product quality and staff service”

“Love my new glasses at an affordable price. Had plenty of complements for friends & family. They arrived within the week and just love my flat pack glasses box. Losses a star as the slip down my nose tbh”

“I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful and patient. I’d lost my previous glasses and as you can imagine this was causing some problems so I was thrilled when my new frames arrived in TWO DAYS. Big shout out to Lucy and Jayne from the Glasgow branches. Have and will continue to thoroughly recommend.”

“Great service in the Finnieston shop. Lots of care taken with measurement and when glasses arrived the fit was perfect, no adjustments required. Glasses arrived within time and adjustment to these varifocals was no problem”

“I only had my first experience with IOLLA very recently. As a fashion designer, I was pleasantly impressed with my visit as I found all of their models to be of a high quality, both in design and execution. The value for money was suberb, the best on the local market, by far. Not only are these spex of local design, but the pricing model (which includes frames, prescription, anti-glare protection and shipping) is very clear and reasonable. The customer service I received was excellent, which was a relief as this was my first-ever pair of spectacles. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable without being overbearing or invasive. I found the whole environment, from the aesthetic to the manner of the staff, to be warm and comforting. In the end, my order came through more than a week earlier than I had expected. I couldn't recommend IOLLA any more highly.”
