“This was my first time going to IOLLA. For 20+years I have gone to Boots for Glasses at the rate of 1 pair every 2 years (plus sunglasses). My Variafocals had so many extras on them, anti-scratch, thin lenses etc that made the lenses £400-£450. So, my thoughts were, if I spend that much on Lenses, then I may as well spend another £200+ on designer frames, so a total spend of £600+. I went to Iolla, thinking mmmm let's see, but I had a great experience in their Glasgow West end shop, picked a frame, used my prescription, took measurements and paid £145. 12 days later, I got my glasses and case via the post, put them on and then were excellent. I am VERY happy and will be back for my IOLLA 2.0 experience soon. Thanks.”

“Life changing optician. Outstanding customer service. Fantastic product saving me hundreds of pounds over previous pairs of glasses. The only time in my life I've been able to have a choice of glasses. What is not to love?”

“Ordered my second pair of prescription glasses, this time sunglasses, from Iolla after excellent customer service. Staff are always friendly in all of the shops I've visited. Covid has hampered their ability to be as hands on with customers but this doesn't prevent them from being attentive and making the whole experience easy and professional. Turnaround time is very quick and come in a pretty and robust case.”

“I am delighted with my new, stylish specs and appreciated that Iolla kept me informed when there was a problem which meant they took longer than expected to be delivered. The staff in store have all been well trained and helpful when I have purchased frames and they have lots of fabulous, interesting frames to choose from. .”

“They have a great selection of glasses - both styles and colours - without feeling too overwhelmed by the options. The staff are not only very well informed on the options and what might suit someone, but it's clear they really care about their customers and about providing a great service. The atmosphere in the Finneston branch is very welcoming and relaxed, with everyone being treated with professionalism and kindness. I really enjoyed my experience and bought two pairs of new glasses as a result - and I am in love with them!”
