“Really great service. Everyone in the shop who I spoke to was lovely and very helpful. The only glasses I've ever liked we're from Iolla so I was really glad I could just reuse the frames and got a discount for doing so! Every time I've used Iolla, I've always been really happy.”

“Amazing customer service! An error happened during checkout and messaged the team straight away and instantly got a reply with the issue resolved straight away - couldn’t fault them at all. The process of ordering online was so straight forward and painless. Love my new specs!”

“Great service from Iolla. Lived the choice of frames and knowing how much they would cost with no plus plus. Staff delightful and helpful. And they really looked after my dogs when visiting the showroom 😁”

“Iolla have always gone above an beyond when I've had issued with my specs. From helping me make sure they fit properly when I was suffering from irritation to quickly replacing them when they broke, nothing is too much, and all the styles are beautiful.”

“I've used IOLLA for about 3 years now and I have no complaints whatsoever. I needed a new prescription plus I had two pairs of glasses that I really liked so sent those off for replacement lenses. A short while later my 'new' glasses arrived in the post and they're great. They're considerably cheaper than Boots and I like their ethos.”

“My beautiful new IOLLA specs arrived as promised exactly 12 days after placing order. Delighted. Good fit. Sit well. Thinking of prescription sun glasses now. Next time I’m in town perhaps. Great experience all round. Nice case too 😉. Thanks to all the team at IOLLA”

“IOLLA has totally converted me from the usual high street brands. The whole process was so simple and easy, all frames/lenses are one price so there aren't any hidden fees and anti-glare is included as standard. The frames were ordered in the shop and sent straight to my house, I was able to get them adjusted slightly back in store the same week. The staff are so welcoming and approachable, it's a cosy vibe. I am so happy with my glasses and will definitely be recommending IOLLA to everyone I know!”

“I love my glasses but I had to chase to find out when I would receive them as they were more than 2 weeks late. It would have been good customer service to get an email about delivery etc. when I picked them up at store I was just handed the glasses in their box. Surprised not to be asked to try them on, check them or be asked if they required any adjustments etc. not impressed with lack of customer service.”

Hi June, I'm so sorry to hear you're unhappy your IOLLA experience. We quote a lead time of 6-12 working days for prescription orders with varifocals being on the higher end of the scale. I can see you had emailed on working day 10 and your glasses were ready to collect by working day 11. It is our usual procedure to advise customers to try the glasses on at collection to check vision and fit, so it is disappointing to hear this did not happen on this occasion - I have fed back to the showroom manager to reiterate with the team. If you have any further information you'd like to pass on or would like to arrange an adjustment on your frame, please get in touch with us at help@iolla.com.

“I love iolla, their glasses are fab and such great value for money. My lens alone generally costs around £80 from the place I get my eye test so £85 for the complete package is amazing. The staff are also super friendly and I always have a great experience”
