“I have bought a few pairs of glasses, the latter being prescription sunglasses. The staff are so friendly and helpful, there is a great selection of frames and the cost is great. I wouldn't go anywhere else for frames😊”

“Fantastic service in store in Edinburgh (25th March) whilst on a visit from London- then received my glasses on 4th April at home ! I can’t remember her name but the sales associate in Edinburgh was extremely friendly and personable and allayed my fears about my -9 vision making my glasses too thick. Adore my glasses, and getting loads of compliments! Couldn’t recommend enough”

“The staff in the Manchester store were so friendly and welcoming, they let my try on as many pairs as I wanted and offered suggestions on styles and colours that they thought would look good on me. I love my new glasses and I can’t fault them. They are great and the price was even better! I will definitely be getting glasses from them again.”

“This is second pair of glasses I have had from IOLLA and I honestly have no complaints. The service is easy, Swift, customer focused and friendly. If your in the market for new glasses I would highly recommend IOLLA over all others. I am always left satisfied.”

“The process around selecting, buying and receiving new glasses was excellent. No issues. New glasses are great. Ill certainly be back, no question. I have one small comment around customer service. When i was in to try on and collect my new glasses i asked if they could tighten the leg on the pair that i was currently using. It had become a little loose. The response was they could only touch your own glasses. In this day and age its the small things that make your business stand out.”

Thank you for your review, we're happy to hear you love your new glasses! I'm afraid we're unable to adjust other glasses that are not our own - if any damage were to occur, we'd be unable to repair or replace the frame. I'll certainly pass on your feedback however!

“Popped into shop in St James centre, picked the frames I liked , assistant was very helpful and easy to chat to. Glasses arrived earlier than predicted and fit like a glove. Always a great experience”

“This is the fourth pair of glasses I've had from Iolla in Finnieston. Lovely staff, great service, very good selection of frames...and all at a fantastic price. Would recommend them wholeheartedly!”
