I found the tour to be well organised and the tour guide Mark was very friendly, helpful and supportive.\nI think the activities were well prioritised. \nI thought the tour to be good value for money. \nI would recommend the company and use them again.\n

The tour was very well-organized, pick up right on time, nice small coach to travel in, very clean. The guide seemed knowledgeable and helpful. He was very clear about how much time we had at each stop and where to re-assemble. He talked about local history with interest and involvement in the subject. I wish we had more time at Stonehenge and Glastonbury. The last stop, Winchester, seemed just tacked on at the end. Also the tour is a little long...removing Winchester and spending more time at the first two stops would help.

Tour was excellent. They picked us up right at the cruise terminal and dropped us off right at our hotel after the tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. We toured Bath and the Cotswolds it definitely worth seeing.\n

I would suggest more stops for use of toilets.

The tour was excellent with the driver Tony providing an in depth knowledge of the places visited\n\nThe only drawback was that proper information and assistance was not provided to passengers who were elderly and were unable to participate in strenuous physical activities like climbing up steep stairs and slopes.

the tour of Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral and Windsor Castle- I would recommend that less time be spent at the Cathedral and more time given to Windsor Castle. I also think it is unrealistic to expect customers to grab lunch at Stonehenge when the lines are extremely long. We were thrilled that our tour guide agreed to make a stop on our way to Windsor to allow us to purchase lunch to take on bus and use restrooms- especially given the fact that the bathroom on bus did not work. Also, when being picked up from the airport, our driver was 25 minutes late and we had no communication to alert us. I had to call your office to ask where he was and where we would meet him.

Long wait at the dock - although confirmation metionned 8am as meeting point, we waited half an hour for other passengers. Good driver. Knew where he was going and had GPS. However, very small car for 5 passengers

Excellent quick trip to Stonehenge, Bath and Windsor. Would have preferred one less venue but great for an overview and the small group size was perfect.

Driver was waiting at ship pier and made it to airport in plenty of time for our 1330 flight.

***did a great job as the guide. Lots of excellent information at the three sites. Bus was comfortable. The taxi service for four to our hotel was appreciated but the driver appeared new and got lost several times. He also got stuck in slow construction traffic near Buckingham Palace.

Overall good experience. Just a little crowded in the van.

The tour was good, but I would recommend spending more time at Harry Potter and less at Oxford. We had to race through HP and had more than enough time at Oxford.

The order process was simple and it made sure that you were really selecting the tour that you needed. The guide could have been a little more knowledgeable, but they were very friendly and polite.

Longer day. More time at each location. Thank you

We were very excited to be able to see Stonehenge on the way to our cruise ship. With one exception, you were efficient. The problem was the pickup and getting on our way to Stonehenge. We were collected at 7:15 am in a minivan, and taken to meet the bus. \n\nThe bus was a little late, but there we met another group in another minivan.\n\nBut then, we headed from Westminster over to the Heathrow airport area, and stopped at, as I recall, 4 or 5 more hotels to pick up a few people at each stop. As a result, we didn't even start heading to Stonehenge until about ten am. \n\nSee where I'm going with this?\n\nYou made us feel like cattle. Just herded around. My wife and I kept asking ourselves, why didn't you send out another minivan or two, collect the Heathrow customers more efficiently, and get us to Stonehenge earlier? Because of these delays, we were quite late getting to the site, and while we were able to see the stones, there was certainly no time to get anything to eat/drink or spend any time in the exhibits at the visitor center. And we only got to the ship with about 40 minutes to spare.\n\nHopefully, this was just an unusual morning for you, but it seemed awfully disorganized and very poorly utilized my time with you.\n\nWe did love seeing Stonehenge, and loved our cruise, and our couple of days in London prior to our bus trip with you.\n\nThanks,\n\n***

Everything worked as advertised, ad I feel you went out of your way tog et us at our hotel. I certainly wasn't your fault it rained the whole time we were at Stonehenge! While on the bus, my traveling companion scraped her shin on the foot rest attached to the seat in front sufficient to cause bleeding. Your attendant was very solicitous, but the first aid kit on the bus was sorely lacking in antiseptics and the variety of bandages available. Frankly, it looked like it hadn't been opened in some time.

The instructions we received stated the driver would come into the lobby of our hotel with a sign during a set time frame. We were there waiting and no one every came inside. We went outside and there was a man, no sign and he was upset since he had been waiting on us for 15 minutes. The instructions need to be clear. It was frustrating for the driver and us.\nThe trip and transportation was wonderful. The pick up just needed to work out as explained in our instructions.

Regarding our London transfer to Dover via the Dover castle, I believe that our visit to the Dover castle could have been longer. The driver appeared to be in a hurry and he delivered us to the cruise ship early.\n\nRegarding our Dover transfer to London via Canterbury and Leeds Castle, this was a GREAT tour! Loved it! I highly recommend this tour.\n\n
