“Nice vehicle and driver was on time and very friendly. However, we did have to share with another family, and the vehicle only had 5 seats plus one in the front. The seats faced each other, and with six adults, it was a bit of a squeeze especially with backpacks and handbags. A little more space would of been appreciated, especially for the price.”

“We were picked up promptly at the cruise terminal. The guide and driver were very professional. We covered Salisbury, Stonehenge and Windsor Castle in one day and appreciated being dropped off right at the hotel.”

“It was good, but van tight for 6 people. Also, had out name been on the sign when we exited the terminal,, we could have found each other much more quickly.”

“The tour is well organized and very good. We do have fun in Salisbury, Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. However, it failed at the end after visiting Windsor Castle because 6 passengers, including us, have to ride on a small taxi to Central London instead of riding on the air conditioned coach. The taxi is small, with no air while riding on the busy streets, barely big enough for 6 passengers of regular size. Problem is American tourists are XXXL size. The journey on a busy Friday afternoon from Windsor Castle to London is over 1.5 hours and the driver start talking, in his own language, on his phone as soon as the journey began, for over an hour non-stop, all of us are being ignored from the first minute we get on the taxi. I understand your company need to get all passengers to their hotel on time so splitting the passengers on another car is an acceptable option. However, please pick a bigger taxi and a more professional and responsible taxi driver next time.”

“Great way to get from Heathrow hotels to cruise ships at Southampton. As an aside, Stonehenge is not worth it anymore. Cannot get close and way to many people.”

“The bus picked us up exactly when we were told to be ready. We were on time to Stonehenge, with guidance from the bus guide on where to go and when. We were also on time to the cruise ship. The only negative was that, based on the web site or email I received, I expected the luggage to be transferred from the bus to the ship. However, we had to do that ourselves, and we were a little confused as to where we were to take the luggage. (Things were hectic at that point).”

“The tour was good. Saw lots of Paris in such a short time. I wish there would be more of a bus/coach tour especially on the second day. If we would have a bus to take us to Versailles would be fantastic. We were so tired we all wanted to pay that extra expense so we could rest our soar feet from Notre Dame to Versailles and back to the hotel. The same could be said about day 3 if there was a more stringent schedule, but it was almost a free day on Sunday.”

“Trip was fine and tour guide gave us good information along the way. Enough time to walk out to Stonehenge but needed to take the bus back. Too far to walk both ways and still have time to enjoy the site and check out the museum too. Only problem was we arrived at Southampton too late. We were only about a half hour before ships deadline for all aboard, and no one at all was in the boarding location, so they hurried us along. Ship delayed departure for late luggage - don't know if that was our bus luggage or not!”

“Positive - Tour Guide informative. Negative - Not enough time to do justice to 3 stops. Would have been better to skip Salisbury and have more time in Windsor.”

“They were on time and the drivers were helpful with luggage. Tips of course, were made for the good service and we'd use them again.”

“Overall the tour was great and the guide was working very well. One minor disappointment was that a group was late for the meeting time and we needed to wait 30 mins in the bus. It was unavoidable but a bit frustrated for the others.”

“Very enjoyable, friendly, knowledgable guide. Downside, we were assured, before booking, that we would be dropped off at Heathrow (terminal 3) first, as we had a plane to catch. What actually happened, was 2 stops were made at hotels (the passengers had no time pressure) and a further stop, before we were dropped off, causing unnecessary stress and pressure on us. “A staff member was waiting for us outside customs h all to direct us to the appropriate driver. A short wait for other passengers who didn't show up at the appropriate time so we ended up being the only passengers in the van. The driver was very friendly and helped us take the luggage into our hotel. Very good service and hassle free”

“Very reliable. We used them 3 times in 2 weeks to go back and forth from Southampton pier to London. On last transfer I was concerned we would miss our ride when the ship took longer to release passengers than expected, but they were there waiting for us. No issues.”

“Good service of bag transportation from hotel to ship. Prompt pickup for the first few hotels but then got lost going to the last hotel. Excellent commentary during travel through London, Salisbury, and approaching Stonehenge.”
