“The guide "***" well took care of us.\nIt is good to split customer into small group at Oxford. It would be great if the guide told how different of this 2 groups e.g one group will enter Christ church, another enter college. The coach had a problem while travelling back London. I felt not safety.”

“Trip was great.\n\nOnly disappointment was that I had signed up\nfor the other tour (Roman bath...) and it was cancelled.\nSo I was taking a tour that I had done before.\n\nThe tour guide was excellent.\n\n”

“Had a real great time with my first solo adventure. Our driver/guide Tony was so funny and very accommodating.\nLoved the Warwick House Hotel where we stayed for the night.\nI loved Conwy and the village with the longest name!\nI just hoped we omitted Chester in the itinerary. We should have stayed longer on Llandudno, the seaside or visited another town in Wales. There's not much to see in Chester. Plus more time to take sceneries in Snowdonia the next day. \nAll in all, fab experience. My friends are asking how did I get to north wales by myself. “Guide was a bit off putting. Referred to us as "guys" all day but was helpful and knowledgeable. All in all a better day trip than Premium Tours which we also used. Liked the small coach. Good driver. Thank you.”

“Closer coordination of passengers and baggage. One couple on our bus had six suitcases between them and held up the bus waiting for another bus to pickup their excess bags. We only had one bag each and the other party of three had five bags between the 3. But the last group of two had SIX bags. Ridiculous.”

We would recommend the tour to others who wanted a small coach tour rather than drive to the Cotswolds and Highclere themselves.”

“We chose this tour as an option to get to London following a cruise. For only slightly more money than taking the train, we were able to tour Bath and Lacock - definitely worthwhile. The trip to Bath was great! We chose the additional tour of the Roman Baths which should not be missed. Due to this tour, we did not have time to walk around Bath or to do any shopping, so I would have preferred another hour or so in Bath. The next stop at the pub in Lacock was also fun. This small town was very welcoming, the food at the pub was good and it was hard to believe the pub had been around since the 1300's. We had time to walk around time, shop and enjoy ourselves. Would definitely recommend this tour!”

“We used International Friends for 3 different rides on our recent trip to London. Our first experience (when driver picked us up at Heathrow to deliver us to London) was just ok... the line to get through customs was very long (2 hours and completely out of our control), but our driver was NOT friendly and seemed quite upset. Our other two rides (from London to Southampton with 2 hour stopover at Stonehenge, then again from Southampton to Heathrow were FANTASTIC!”

“We took the Making of Harry Potter tour and the Downton Abbey (including Cotswolds, Village and Highclere Castle)/Oxford tours. Both were very good but there are several things that would have improved the HP experience: other tours apparently showed portions of one of the movies on the bus. That would have added to the experience and shortened the feeling of the drive. Tell people in advance that if they pass by the butter beer place, they won't be able to go back (or make Warner Brothers change that) and third, tell people they can get alot ot the HP stuff in Oxford, with a lot of selection, shorter lines, and possibly better deals.”

“It would be better to allocate more time to each attraction. We were given only 2 hours for Windsor Castle, and spent 45 minutes of that time standing in line. This didn't give us enough time to appreciate what we saw and I felt like the entrance fee was a waste of money. It was the same case with Stonehenge, long lines and little time.”

“Please have more stops at the villages.”
