Awful... I ordered a birthday bouquet for my mother in law for her birthday. I'd have been better giving her the money and telling her to go get her own in a return taxi at the local garage! I had requested a box of chocolates and a birthday card with the 'bouquet'. The card looked like a 1st birthday card .. a bun on the front with a single candle in. Inside a slip of paper had been cut out and stuck in with our message of Happy Birthday Mum .. 10 words were clearly too difficult to write out by hand. 1 single small tray box of milk tray chocolates arrived alongside a 'complimentary' box of celebrations chocolates. Not sure why they were there, I can only presume to make up for the pitiful attempt at a bouquet of flowers! I had made a request for no lillies to be included, she doesn't like them, I presumed they'd include other flowers to the same value. Clearly not! This bouquet cost @£50 delivered with a small single layer box of Milk Tray and a Card! I was disgusted when I seen it!!

The flowers were very poor , bulked up with cheap stuffing , not what was advertised

The quality of these flowers for the price is astonishingly bad. I have had 3 bunches recently 2 that I have paid for and one delivered to me and the quality is very poor. Only about £5 worth of flowers in them, the rest all greenery. You get more flowers ina £5 bunch from tescos, and they last longer. really disappointed

I bought a bouquet of flowers for my wife for our 20th anniversary. I selected a bouquet which looked absolutely beautiful on your website. I was so excited to get her reaction because I was working away. She got the flowers was happy and I asked her to send me a picture. The card was wrong and said happy 25th anniversary when it was our 20th anniversary. The flowers were less than half the size of what was in the picture. I spoke to somebody from Interflora and they contacted the florist their response was that the flowers would start to bloom more now after one week all of the flowers are dead and none of the flowers that the florist promised had bloomed. I am so disappointed after spending £50 on a bouquet of flowers that I could’ve got from Tesco for £10. You need to talk to that florist that is so bad, not worth the money!!!!!!!!

I was on the morning of my delivery (on my Nan's birthday) and informed that the order had been damaged in transit and that it would be delivered the next day. I jumped straight on to email and replied stating that this response isn't acceptable - then jumped on live chat and requested that the delivery be made as per my original order for my Nan's birthday. Interflora then suggested a bouquet of the same value be delivered that day. Why wasn't that suggested as a gesture of good will in the first place?

Very poor - flowers did not arrive as shown. Completely different to that pictured and customer service to resolve was very poor! They said they could do nothing. Terrible!

Terrible service, terrible flowers, got a refund after complaining. This has happened twice to me. Will never use again…too unreliable, too expensive.

The address I gave was valid but my birthday flowers were not delivered ! In very disappointed as they were for 80 th birthday and lives fair from me . Putting the money back into my bank did not get my gift to my loved one with no time to order else where. Will not be using inter flora again .

I was under impression the delivery would be from a local florist. Did not appreciate it would be a delivery by a courier. Also the courier delivered it by simply leaving it on doorstep. It was a flowers for a birthday of an elderly lady . I was advised that it was left overnight on the doorstep. The person I sent the flowers was unaware they had been delivered. They only realised they were there when they left house next day. So all in all I'm unimpressed and will not use you again.

A complete disaster flower’s didn’t arrive on the day . Flowers and presentation very poor . More foliage than flowered . Asked for no lilies but got lilies . Following complaint got a full refund

Although I was told I would receive an email to tell me when the flowers had been delivered it never arrived. I queried this and had to be happy with an email reply saying they had checked and it had been delivered. As I have not yet heard from the recipient I am still really none the wiser. So no proof yet.

Delivered to wrong address I chased (via online chat) driver was contacted & he confirmed delivered to wrong address I insisted driver went back to wrong address & collect flowers and deliver to correct address. £50 bouquet not worth it as dead and dying flowers. I paid £7.00 to have flowers delivered what a waste of money. This ruined a 85th birthday surprise and being given 25% refund was an insult. Very upset with Interflora.

Poor paid £40 and £10 delivery for a bunch of flowers that were smaller than a £10 bunch from a supermarket

It was anniversary gift which you kindly delivered on the day agree my anniversary and the date requested Evan though you sent a email telling me it was on its way so as far as I’m concerned I will never use you again and I do not expect a reply to this message

The bouquet they delivered was so poor I had to complain to there credit interflora gave me a full refund
