As well as being the largest, we're the longest serving flower delivery network too. For more than 90 years we have enjoyed a reputation for excellence. Every bouquet ordered from us is prepared with care and hand-delivered as promised. And with our international network of florists, a special bouquet can be handmade and delivered almost anywhere in the world in just a few hours.

Ordering fine. Delivered on time. However, the quality of flowers was average but worse was that they haven't lasted. Within three or four days they started wilting and after six days at least half are dead. This is the second year running (birthday flowers for partner) this has happened. They are in a coolish room and have been looked after properly. Very disappointed

Very disappointed in the flowers that were sent to a sick friend. Not at all like the bouquet I chose. However Interflora refunded me so have restored my faith in Interflora with that regard but very wary to choose flowers again. Could be I was unlucky.

Disappointed, this is not a bucket worth 70£! Stains on lilies, few flowers, looks poor. Next time I will order with a proper florist this is just a joke..

The flowers I selected did not match what was received! the bouquet looked smaller and had fewer flowers. Disappointed. Kind regards

i ordered the trending luxury autumn bouquet which showed a bouquet of flowers in autumn colours. I received a photograph of the bouquet received - candy pink and white, which was the last thing I wanted. I wonder what the point was in even selecting a bouquet. Unimpressed

I paid extra for the same day delivery which never happened still not sure why. The biggest issue is that the flower arrangement that I choose is nothing like the one that you delivered. This is really unacceptable and to be honest it feels like I was fooled by your company have I known that you are going to delivered the flowers that you did -which were really pour arranged and looked cheap- I would have never choose your company. Total rip off

The box (which had been left on our covered doorstep) was badly damaged when we found it On opening it we found the moss which should be at the bottom was on the top, and the box opened at the base spilling loads of soil on our doorstep My wife who should have been enjoying the display had to completely rebuild it and sweep up

Flower were half dead and you don’t get anything for your money. Paid £10 for a tiny candle. Could have got a Yankee for the same price.

I was very disappointed, the flowers looked nothing like what the picture on the site. As my mother in law pointed out she has seen better bouquets in tescos for £10. I spent £85!!!!!

Paid for delivery before 1.00pm and received telephone call on the delivery day saying they could not deliver before 6.00pm Why offer service if you can't deliver

The florist who were asked to carry out my order were very poor . They were unable to find the address even though the address did exist and the house was clearly numbered. I had the stress of of using Google earth to show them the actual delivery address. Then when the flowers eventually arrived they were nowhere near the colours requested. I do realise that the flowers in the picture can vary to the actual flowers they use . But when ordered I requested as bear to the colour of the bouquet as possible in the picture. Which was actually bright vibrant yellows . Not a dull purple as received, what is the point of showing a picture of the service cannot be provided. There were no yellow flowers at all in the the bouquet provided. Kind regards Mr D C Parker

Awful... I ordered a birthday bouquet for my mother in law for her birthday. I'd have been better giving her the money and telling her to go get her own in a return taxi at the local garage! I had requested a box of chocolates and a birthday card with the 'bouquet'. The card looked like a 1st birthday card .. a bun on the front with a single candle in. Inside a slip of paper had been cut out and stuck in with our message of Happy Birthday Mum .. 10 words were clearly too difficult to write out by hand. 1 single small tray box of milk tray chocolates arrived alongside a 'complimentary' box of celebrations chocolates. Not sure why they were there, I can only presume to make up for the pitiful attempt at a bouquet of flowers! I had made a request for no lillies to be included, she doesn't like them, I presumed they'd include other flowers to the same value. Clearly not! This bouquet cost @£50 delivered with a small single layer box of Milk Tray and a Card! I was disgusted when I seen it!!

The quality of these flowers for the price is astonishingly bad. I have had 3 bunches recently 2 that I have paid for and one delivered to me and the quality is very poor. Only about £5 worth of flowers in them, the rest all greenery. You get more flowers ina £5 bunch from tescos, and they last longer. really disappointed

I bought a bouquet of flowers for my wife for our 20th anniversary. I selected a bouquet which looked absolutely beautiful on your website. I was so excited to get her reaction because I was working away. She got the flowers was happy and I asked her to send me a picture. The card was wrong and said happy 25th anniversary when it was our 20th anniversary. The flowers were less than half the size of what was in the picture. I spoke to somebody from Interflora and they contacted the florist their response was that the flowers would start to bloom more now after one week all of the flowers are dead and none of the flowers that the florist promised had bloomed. I am so disappointed after spending £50 on a bouquet of flowers that I could’ve got from Tesco for £10. You need to talk to that florist that is so bad, not worth the money!!!!!!!!
