“I placed an order based in the UK for flowers to be delivered in Portugal. I had placed the order a month in advance, paid for the order and got a confirmation email. The flowers did not arrive on the date specified and then three days later it says they had been delivered to the recipient which they were not. I have attempted numerous ways to get in touch with Interflora for almost a week now and as yet I’ve not had any answers from customer service. There are never any ‘agents’ available on Live Chat. This is incredible upsetting as the flowers were meant to be delivered as a birthday gift. Do not recommend using this service.”

“AN UTTER RIP-OFF The large box was anything but... soooo disappointed after spending nearly £100. Not even put together particularly well. Just a square paper bag. NEVER Again. Could have purchased a back seat full of flowers from Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsburys or any other supermarket. Lilies lasted the same as those purchased in these stores (which I do regularly). As for the roses - the less said the better. Thought that I would do something special but my wife could have the same amount of flowers for every week of her birthday month.”

“Super disappointed, paid a lot for flowers which did not meet the cost or expectations. I appreciate the write up said not every bunch will be the same as they are unique but the quality and variety do not add up to the photo advertised. For paying £45/£55 the flowers received did not meet my expectations. I’ve sent three emails to their customer service team to complain over the past week and no response has been received so also very disappointing customer service.”

“Interflora was fine the wife was not happy with the flowers she got from Karen's out of Guiseley Leeds. She said if I paid more than 20 pounds I got ripped off. Most it was greens with some flowers. Went to M and S that night and I could have gotten 2 of the 20 pounds flowers and still had money leftover and would have gotten more flowers than what I got from Karen's.”
