Frustrated to find no one answering phone calls and I had to leave a message for them to call back. Took them 48 hours to return a call. However the matter was dealt with promtly when they eventually called back.

The most infuriating thing? Having to call to take out insurance. Yes, the laws keep changing but landlords have other things to do as well. I've been with Intasure for over ten years (three properties insured with them) and there was no way to just use my details to get a new policy. And... my staff member Julian was not up to the usual Intasure standard. Why do sales people think it's professional or helpful to speak so quickly and not listen to answers? I had to repeat a number of things and it was clear he was poorly monitored or trained. Not a pleasant experience. Since all calls are recorded, it’s worth someone listening back to this one and helping him become a more able and useful worker.

Very helpful staff when renewing my existing policy, been with intasure since 2014 and had one claim for a serious flood in my house in Poland, They were amazing in sorting this all out

My usual insurance company had stopped issuing policies for homes in France. I contacted Intasure and was pleased that, with a comparable policy, was £50 cheaper. Top marks for professionalism and politeness.

On the first occasion I contacted the company I was promised a call back which didn't materialise. However, when I called back the following day I s[poke to James Taylor who was efficient, polite and seems to have in-depth knowledge of my requiremenmts.

Really happy with the process of sorting my insurance. Very efficient and easy process in particular I was dealt with by Julian Williams who was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process exceptionally good . Communication and documentation is very good . Thanks Julian .
