I was able to reinsure my holiday home, BUT when I buy something from a shop I pay the price quoted. I was buying insurance direct from Intersure. The imposition of an extra 50 pound admin fee is, in my view very close to extortion. I do not pay an admin fee when buying any goods from any shop.

I would have thought just acceptable was not very happy. I would prefer to pay my annual policy bycannual direct debit, as I do for my burglar alarm. It is quick, easy and not forgotten. Why do you not offer this service? I suspect it is because you cannot add on so many of your hidden administration charges, like you do for monthly direct debit. My council tax bill doesn't include additional charges for monthly direct debit, why do you?

"They sold me a reasonably priced holiday home policy plus they called me back as requested" On the down side the guy seemed to be in a hurry gabbling away even when I wanted to ask a question. "Slow Down Mr"

Service was fine once I got through but took over an hour of trying before phone was finally answered by someone. Dreadful telephone system that just cut you off after ages of phone ringing unanswered
