“Great communication from the team while waiting on the new floor lamp. When it did arrive at their warehouse I was out of the country and they arranged to have it delivered when I returned. Constant and clear communication about timing of everything was spot on. Really happy with the purchase and the support received while waiting for delivery of it.”
