“Inspyer Lighting had a very good price for the 'DWC Editions Org' wall lamp, I ordered two of them. They replied it could take a while, up to 7 weeks, due to the manufacturer's schedule, and they asked me if I wanted to cancel my order, but I was in no hurry. I got the lamps right in time, as announced, and with good tracking information. (a little damage caused by transport, but no big deal) A perfect match ! would definetely deal with them again.”

Hi Mariana, As discussed over the many emails we exchanged regarding this order, the adjustable beam issue was because you used information from an old catalogue you had from a third party - the catalogues published on our website and on the manufacturers site do not say it has an adjustable beam, these ones are no longer made. We cannot he held responsible if you read an old brochure from another retailer. Regarding the incomplete order - we are very sorry that the 5 lights arrived with 2 drivers missing, we tried to rectify the situation as quickly as possible and tried to keep you informed at every stage. Unfortuately as these parts were being shipped from Italy to Bulgaria in the middle of the Covid lockdown there were many additional delays from both the manufacturer and the shipping company (who found it very difficult to find your address on several occassions). We are very glad that you received the entire order shortly after writing this review and we appreciate your emails to us thanking us for all our efforts. We hope that the service you have recieved from our company (as oppossed to the manufacturer and freight company) would warrant a much higher rating as oppossed to the 2 stars.... If you would like to discuss the matter further then please feel free to contact any of our customer services team.

“Very impressed with the quality of the Davey light fitting purchased. Slight delay in delivery but good email communication and true to word received as promised. Well boxed and packed.
