“Could not fault the service. I received a telephone call and an email telling me when my item would be sent and asking if I had a preferred day for delivery. Parcel arrived promptly. Would highly recommend purchsaing from this shop. Thank you.”

“Fabulous service. So efficient and friendly. They called to arrange what suited me best for delivery. Courier texted with an hour time slot. Parcel delivered the day after phone call, beautifully packaged. Item amazing. SO SO happy with the whole process. This is by far the easiest review to write. Thank you Innes for such a stress free process. So rare these days! Highly recommend this company. Safe to say that I am an extremely satisfied customer !”

“The product was a long time coming as it had to be ordered from USA I think but Innes sent me regular messages to update me and make me feel I hadn't been forgotten. They checked to make sure I still wanted it and when I phoned they were extremely courteous and friendly. They replied to every email as if my custom mattered to them. Would have given 5 stars if the product hadn't taken so long to come. I'm very pleased with the quality of the butter dish I ordered.”
