“Fantastic website that describes and shows products superbly - easy ordering/payment and superb support from company confirming order and ensuring safe delivery of goods. Friendly, helpful and will happily use again and have no hesitation in recommending this Company to anyone. Only wish would be they a had a shop, with their fantastic range of products around the corner from my home but then I think my bank account would forever be empty!!”

“Innes provided the most competetive price for the table we wanted. They respond personally and immediately to contact puting the customer first. I was impressed with the fact that they managed to bring delivery forward to suit a weekend that we were at home. The fact that they are based a long way from us in London made no difference. They offered the best service I have experienced in a long time.”

“The customer service was outstanding, being warm, considerate and efficient. I placed my order online, and I soon thereafter received a call regarding my shipping preferences. The lamp I purchased was packed extremely well, and it arrived exactly when requested. The price was also outstanding. All in, they've won me over, and even though I live in London, whenever I'm in the market for something they might have, I will check with Innes first, as my preference would be to give Innes my business. Such service and value is rare these days--and becoming more so! Well done and many thanks!”

“I bought a pair of Louis Poulsen AJ 50 Outdoor Wall lamps. The customer service was excellent. I received several conformation emails together with a follow up phone call informing me of my order status. The items arrived on time as specified and were extremely well packaged protecting them during shipment. I also received a follow up email just to make sure that the items had been delivered safe and sound and there was no issues. The lights were also very competitively priced. Many thanks !”
