“The website is clear and easy to navigate. On line ordering is straightforward. Follow up phone call was appreciated to clarify the waiting time before delivery. Another phone call to arrange delivery was appreciated and delivery was exactly as arranged. I cannot fault this company who offer a very high standard of customer service. My new side tables are lovely and I am so pleased with my purchase. I would certainly recommend Innes in future.”

“Innes telephoned to ask what date would be suitable for me to receive the parcel and the date of was then arranged. The parcel arrived on time and I was then emailed to check if it was in good condition as I had 24 hours to report any damage. This I did and the parcel was in excellent condition. Everything was excellent.”
