“As a recent first-time customer of Innes, I feel compelled to comment on the exceptional level of customer service that I thought was long gone in this day and age. Living as I do near London, it was not possible to visit the store in person so all of my communication was by e-mail. Responses were prompt and Chris was very patient and helpful in obtaining colour samples for me. The ordering process was simple; the made-to-order furniture item was ready for delivery comfortably within the indicated time frame and, when received, every bit as good as I'd hoped. I'll happily buy from Innes again.”

“Impressive customer service in all aspects. Communications by e-mail over a period of days regarding purchase of goods and delivery arrangements were very prompt and special actions taken to ensure the delivery suited my convenience and circumstances on the day. Exemplary care taken in the packaging of the item to ensure no damage occured during transit--- use of very high quality packaging materials evident. This company has been consistently outstanding in every way since my first purchase many years ago.”

“Excellent in every respect. Great customer service from start to finish. We have purchased quite a few items from Innes and they have gone out of their way to answer product questions, keep us updated on delivery etc. emails are responded to quickly. They even sent a private driver to deliver a large quality piece of furniture from Hull to Tring so that it wouldnt get damaged.”

“My first purchase from Innes, was a small one, but I received a phone-call to advise of expected delivery time. This was a pleasant surprise, as you don’t often get this level of consideration nowadays. I also received a phone call when the item was dispatched. Item (Girard snake by Vitra) was lovely, very pleased with it. Huge thanks ❤️”
