“What strange sourcery is this? A company that pro-actively called to ensure that I was definitely aware of the already clearly mentioned lead-time for the stool I was purchasing. And then followed it up by calling to check for a convenient delivery date once they had received the stock. All using actual humans who could communicate clearly. Couldn't ask for more - long may it continue.”
