“This was my first experience with Innes but what a wonderful experience it was. In a world of big business where customers are just a number and customer service is little more than AI, what a breath of fresh air to receive such personalised attention. The sales team were so impressive, the postage was efficient and throughout it all, I felt that should a problem occur (of course it didn’t), someone would be at hand to help. Innes will now be my first stop for future purchases and I highly recommend this company to others.”

“Excellent business. First purchase from Innes and would highly recommend and definately use again. In a world of online shopping.... Innes Excels. Easy website to shop, order was followed up with a courtesey call from a real person, item was despatched imediatlely and arrived safely, well packaged, within just a couple of days. “I have recently purchased a Stelton 'Arnie Jacobson' salad bowl from Innes. Almost immediately, upon receipt of the order, Sam made contact to arrange a mutually convenient delivery date. The product therefore, arrived well packed and bang on time. Excellent customer service. I don't have a bad word to say about Innes and would highly recommend them.”

“I ordred an oiled oak Hans Wegner wishbone chair. Innes provided excellent service. As soon as I had placed the order, I received an email asking if I wanted to see a sample of the wood before the order was processed. This was promptly sent to me. The chair, which is absolutely beautiful, arrived a few weeks later. I initially ordered the chair through Innes because of their competitive prices. I'm very pleased with the service Innes has provided.”

“Had a great experience ordering a Louis Poulsen Yuh floor lamp. Innes was the only retailer I could find that could delivery the very next week, *and* their price was actually the most competitive! Delivery was so smooth. The team handled with care and carried the large box all the way to the desired room. One very happy customer.!”

“I ordered a BTC light online at a competeive price. Within a short period of time I received a telephone call from the company thanking me for the order and updating me on a delivery time. I was then cotacted promptly by the delivery company and the item was delivered on time and beautifully packaged. It is wonderful to do business with a family run concern who are committed to such excellent customer service.”
