“I ordered a Hay shelving unit from Innes and I couldn’t have been happier with my customer experience. Before confirming the sale they called me to make sure I knew the product would take time to make which was very thoughtful. Delivery was arranged efficiently and went smoothly. They even checked to make sure I was happy with the product - which I am! It arrived in perfect condition and is exactly what I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Well, I saw a garden log burner / stove on a pebbly beach garden. So I stole a quick photo and ordered the same from Innes. It's a fantastic product. Better still was the service, delivery and communication from Innes (and Chris). All you would hope for from an on-line purchase. Thank you”

“I found the staff at Innes went above and beyond. I ordered 2 Hay seat pads. Someone phoned to check if I wanted swatches before they put my order through. Someone also phoned when the order was ready and explained how and when it would arrive. Very impressed. Also living in N I many UK companies simply don't deliver here anymore. Innes does.”
