“Some of my order was not in stock to they kindly called me to advise it could take a few weeks. They agreed to split the order so I got what was in stock faster. Everything eventually arrived in the stated time, was well packed and to order. Easy to deal with and I’m very happy.”

“Customer service was immaculate from the off, with a live chat query turning into a really detailed email exchange about a beautiful Carl Hansen table and chairs. I then ended up being a nightmare customer, in that I messed up my payment (am based internationally) and then freaked out and realised way too late that I'd picked the wrong finish. At every stage David helped me sort the issue with patience and kindness, and I'm so happy with the dining set now it's been installed. I also got it at a really good price in comparison to bigger retailers.”
