“Great product, best price I could find for that particular item I wanted and excellent follow up and customer service. There were minor damage to a part of the furniture despite their thorough packaging, got replacement piece within a few days. Helpful and friendly people.”

“Fantastic customer service. Ordered an Alessi kettle, which was competitively priced, and had a decent delivery date scheduled. Unfortunately, the kettle delivery was delayed a couple of times, and didn't arrive in time for Christmas. However, Chris emailed me to let me know of the delay/s and was very apologetic. Their customer service could not faulted, and Chris was a model of professionalism. The kettle is absolutely beautiful, and despite delivery delays, I will definitely purchase from Innes again, owing to their wonderful service. It is lovely to be able to rate a company so highly, in these times of poor customer service.”
