“Amazing service when I bought a product online. Prompt and efficient delivery with a personal touch from their staff, making sure I had received my package safely and also to check the best best delivery time for me. “Innes contacted me immediately on placing my order to ascertain that I would be happy with a slightly delayed delivery as item being manufactured for me. Any questions were answered promptly. Item arrived in good condition.... as a Christmas present, it still has to be tried out, but I am confident it will be OK..”
