“Cutlery ordered late Saturday night, on lunch table Tuesday. Such excellent service, all queries answered helpfully. This is a truly excellent company and it was a pleasure trading with them. By the way the Georg Jensen Arne Jacobsen stainless steel cutlery is 100% amazing.”

“I can't thank you enough for such excellent customer service. As a customer there is always an element of faith ordering from a new unknown website. However, I was assured immediately after placing an order by two phone calls, prior and post delivery. I have never received such outstanding service and have consequently recommended the site to friends and colleagues.”

“We've now bought several items from Innes. Their service is truly excellent. From start to finish. I've ordered via phone and have been delighted with the professional but friendly manner I was dealt with. Have ordered online and staff member called to ask when I'd like delivery. Then they called to check I was happy. I know of no other company offering this level of service. I recommend to everyone”

“Exceptional customer service. Despite only purchasing a mug at a relatively low cost, I was kept updated on every stage of the transaction, with personal phone calls from the seller to confirm the purchase and update on delivery progress. A level of service that is so difficult to find with online retailers these days, and it is greatly appreciated.”

“Excellent service, was called on a Saturday following placing order online to agree a delivery date. Package arrived on due date and was subsequently called to confirm parcel had arrived and was as expected and there was no damage from shipping. First class.”
