“This company turned out to be a total scam, and I deeply regret depositing over two million dollars without researching first. After making the deposit, I couldn’t withdraw any funds, and they demanded even more money to "unfreeze" my account. It was clear that I had been defrauded. “A syndicate of scammers. I promised to tell people about my experience getting my money back from this dishonest company. I thought I would never fall for the manipulation of such con artists, but I did. After weeks of living a miserable life, I called lilo grace 75 @ 𝘨𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘭 . 𝘤𝘰𝘮 𝘞hatsApp: +1__(615)__414__(15)__62 to get my money back from the scammer because I had no means to withdraw the roughly 99,620 USDT I had put to their fake trading account in my name. They assisted me in recovering my stolen valuables, just as in a dream. I assume that someone would find this information useful because the scammers will stop at nothing to irritate you.”

“Very disappointed. Writing isn’t complete as not central so the persons name is missing a letter. Writing is blurry. Image is very poor - you can hardly work it out. Have tried to contact InCrystals and have had no response. Have had to purchase another present as I would be too embarrassed to give someone this!”

“ordered a 3D crystal 100x90x60 what actually arrived was 100x50x80 phoned the company up and kept getting the same old story someone will ring you back, rang 5 times & emailed them 4 times no answer asking what was there return policy, tried tracking company down on google earth so i could take it back my self but their premises cant be found. i would stay clear from this company.”

“Have phoned now about 6 times to enquire about the 3D photo crystal black stand and black background that is sold out it does say when you click on Inventory on its way. All I wanted to know did this mean you were getting more in. It is the best stand for crystal 3D photos as it really shows them off. I have one bought about 18 months ago and want more,however no-one replies with an answer thats if the person answering the phone passes on the message. My calls are just ignored.Obviously they don't need my business will look elsewhere.”

“Very pleased with the crystal. Very annoyed and disappointed that the LED base, which was paid for at the point of ordering, did not arrive. Even more disappointing is the total lack of response from the company once this was brought to their attention. From reading other reviews it would appear to be a common issue which leads me to believe that InCrystals are ripping customers off with this underhand tactic. For that reason I will never use them again and will warn others about buying from them.”

“The same issue as in other reviews. Paid for the LED base at the point of ordering but did not receive it. I replied to the order confirmation email as stated for any issues. No reply. I phoned the next two days with the promise of somebody calling back. Still waiting. Obviously a tried and trusted way of ripping people off, which is a shame as the crystal itself is very nice.”
