“Did not receive original order so something went wrong along the way but a swift replacement was sent within one day so top marks for that and the crystal of my cat was beautiful especially with the led base.Communication could have been better hence 4 out of 5 review.”

“The product itself was beautiful and the service was very quick so would give full marks for both of these. The only thing, however, that I was disappointed in was that it had stated on the website when ordering that the key ring came in a velvet lined presentation box. As this was a special gift for a birthday I had ordered because of this reason as presentation is really important. I was disappointed when it arrived in a small velvet sack making it look understated. I had expected a presentation box as described when ordering.”

Customer service is good as I was not sure what the picture would look like and they emailed me an image to see. I got an email when it was dispatched which was good as we were able to let him know it was on the way. Good service and would recommend.”
