“The product itself was beautiful and the service was very quick so would give full marks for both of these. The only thing, however, that I was disappointed in was that it had stated on the website when ordering that the key ring came in a velvet lined presentation box. As this was a special gift for a birthday I had ordered because of this reason as presentation is really important. I was disappointed when it arrived in a small velvet sack making it look understated. I had expected a presentation box as described when ordering.”

“This was bought as a wedding gift for my husband’s youngest son and wife. They love it. Customer service is good as I was not sure what the picture would look like and they emailed me an image to see. I got an email when it was dispatched which was good as we were able to let him know it was on the way. Good service and would recommend.”

“Good product. 90% picture perfect bar a few lines across the forehead. Generally quite pleased. Would of preferred an option to to track the delivery. It was with royal mail. RM don't allow you to track until they have failed to deliver the first time.”
