“We were dealt with very efficiently when we dropped off and picked up the car. The mini bus transfer to the airport was relatively short and efficient. The only negative think is that you get dropped off about 500 meters from the terminal which is a bit inconvenient if you have a heavy bag which we did. It would have been very disappointing and inconvenient if it had been raining.”

“Had trouble finding it at 3.20a.m, we rang for directions only to spoken to quite rudely. Not what you want when are trying to find a not very well signed car park.”

“Great Service. We didn’t have wait long to be taken to the Airport. Pick up from the Airport was also quick and easy. Our car was ready for us when we got back to the depot.”

“Bad directions to find it, drop off and pick up way to far from terminal, very little assistance with suitcases or getting in and out of high rised mini bus. Will not use again.”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We find the that the directions are very accurate to the car park. Sadly, the drop off location is where Liverpool airport put it, we don't have any control over that, we wish it were closer to the terminal.

“Very handy location close to airport. Speedy lift to airport but you are dropped off about 5 minutes walk away which is no problem as easy to follow route to airport entrance. Arrived at 4 in the morning a slight wait for pickup but car was ready and waiting. Friendly service will certainly use them again. Thanks.”
