“Can't fault anything with the service. Car park was easy to find and car drop off was easy. Transfer within a few minutes to the airport and pick up was painless too and car ready and waiting for us. All staff very friendly too”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. There is a short walk, a few minutes from where we drop you off to the actual terminal. This is the same for all the car parks at Liverpool airport.

“On return from holiday I phoned and said we were out of airport and they would be there in 10 .I minutes half an hour later nothing. I phoned again and they said we were in the wring place they gad been once dint believe them we stood where we were dropped off. Won't be using you again”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. As soon as you call to say you are at the drop off point, we then set off from the car park to the airport. It takes around 5 / 10 mins if our buses are at the car park to get to you. When busy, the buses are constantly running to and from the airport so you shouldn't have been waiting that long.
