“Good price, easy to book, easy to find, polite staff, no waiting, taken straight to Airport only a few minutes drive. Price is kept low due to drop off area vehicle fees, but this does mean a a few minutes walk to terminal building.”

“They don't take you near the terminal anymore, they drop you off in the car rental car park and you need to walk around 10 min. Difficult with luggage, young kids or ridiculous hours or rain. Also had to wait long when being picked up from the same ridiculous spot. Last time we used their poor service. Better pay a little bit more and park right next to the terminal!”

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, we now have to drop off / collect at the official airport drop off / collection point which is a few minutes walk from the terminal. If you want to be dropped at the terminal entrance, we can do this for a £4 fee. Please arrange this with reception when you arrive to drop off your car.

“Good service, friendly staff, bit of a walk from drop off carpark( 5-10 mins) and same back to pick up. I will definately use these again though because they are very efficient and quick to pick you up once you ring them”
