“Straightforward, no queues, staff were friendly and cheerful and the booking-in process took a couple of minutes. Transport to the airport was fine - takes around 5-8 mins - although you have to walk a little way from where they drop you off which is ok on a warm/sunny day but wouldn't fancy it in winter in pouring rain. When you return they collect you from the same drop-off point, so again, not great in winter/bad weather. We had to wait around 15+ mins to be collected but it was a gorgeous day and we weren't in any hurry so no problem for us. Overall I thought the service was good, particularly as the price was considerably cheaper than other car parks, so worth the money and the short walk! Would definitely use again, but maybe not in winter.”

“As I walked into reception the young girl said straight away my name she is lovely I dropped my car and keys off on the 10th June brilliant driver was already there waiting to take us to Liverpool airport but on our return on the 17th we had a little hick up and confusion about our return our car wasn’t waiting for us we booked online and they couldn’t find our new booking on there system they said we wasn’t due back till the 25th but was last years booking don’t know what happened with my new booking anyway luckily my car was blocked in only by one car it got sorted out pretty quick had to wait about 15 minutes I had to show them my booking which said 10th to the 17th june 2023 they was also confused but I would still book again with them as it’s sooo easy and 5 minutes away from Liverpool airport and the prices are really good too the staff are lovely and polite I will just make sure next time that they’ve got me online booking before I leave for my holiday really don’t know what happened though I’ve still given 5 star as it was just a hick up will definitely be using again”

“Great friendly service...quick and very easy to use and a good price...have used for a number of years and still just as good...only point is the drop off now moved from outside the terminal building to the long term car park...not great in bad weather...”

“We were unhappy about the pick up from liverpool airport. We were the first ones off the plane around 3.30 am in the morning ,we rang in2 carpark to be told buses were on there way . We waited a long 45minutes along with other passenger including children for the pick up,! the buses just didnt turn up . When I rang again the phone went to answer machine . Eventually a car turned up from in2carpark to say that there had been a issue . Disappointed”

“Good service to airport. Extra charge for drop-off and pickup near Terminal.. Outbound very efficient. Inbound, fairly good pick-up from Terminal. Car not made available on arrival. Still hiding amongst all other cars. Bit of a delay finding and retrieving my car.”

“Brilliant service. Very approachable nothing seems too much for this company. Our return was delayed by 18 hours didn’t even charge us for the additional time. Can’t recommend this company enough”
