“Used previously a lot and not had any issues however after our last trip will not be using again! Waited 50 mins from our phonecall (leaving the terminal) to getting picked up with 2 calls in between. Standing in the freezing cold and gale force wind with 2 kids for this length of time is unacceptable!”

“Used a few times now and pick ups seem to take a lot longer than before. 40 mins stood in a bus shelter at 02.00 waiting for a minibus not ideal. Only two mini buses on that night with lots of pick ups.”

“courteous friendly staff. no waiting around, as soon as we arrived the mini bus took us. On return phoned when leaving airport and driver left straight away for pick up. would definitely recommend and would use again”

“I wasn’t happy with how long we had to wait to be picked up at the airport after ringing 3 times. When the mini bus arrived they couldn’t fit us in as it was full and no room for our luggage. It was late at night and cold and windy. We waited 45 minutes before we eventually got picked up. Not happy with the service.”

“We dropped off our car and were transported to the airport. We called them when we cleared customs on our return. By the time we arrived at the pick up point he was there. Very polite and pleasant.”

“Great service, but no longer drop out outside the terminal at Liverpool, so you have to walk a good 5 minutes to the building”

“No problems whatsoever. Left our car for a week. Used the toilet facilities. Been dropped to airport. Who says you have to walk far, that is not true. It is not far. Unless you can't walk 5 minutes due to health problems. Been waiting for 30 minutes after a call to be picked up, but I don't really see a big deal. Picked up our car as it was left.”
