“Easy to find and really good value for money. Dropping the car off and pick up was really quick and easy, no wait at the office. Shuttle to the airport was within 5mins of dropping car off, however shuttle back to car made us wait 45mins at 11pm so not ideal. However an apology was given by the office. Shuttle bus was a bit old and rickety, could maybe invest in a newer vehicle?”

“Not impressed with the return service from the airport. They had no idea we returning on the date we booked. On arrival we were met with a man on the floor under the count at the office looking for an other clients car keys. Huffing and puffing saying we weren't due till the next morning The filing system is an absolute joke. I have never seen a more disorganised office. Hundreds of keys just thrown into the plastic boxes Then the attitude of the men was disgusting as if it was our fault.that we had returned on the wrong day. Also when we booked the parking we were not told that we would have to walk about a quarter of a mile to the terminal. My husband and I have mobility issues anyway and the fact that it was raining wasnt making the walk to and from the airport any easier. I can say I will NOT be recommending your service to anyone in the future. I'm my opinion you need a reboot on your office management and you need more people on site.”

“Hard to find. Easy to drop the car off and office staff quite pleasant. The older gentleman who picked us up, 35minutes after telling us he was on his way (one mile away) was very rude, quite Grizzly with some of the passengers I shared a ride with. Screamed at one lady for opening the door to get in , when he had opened the other door - on the road side. And then proceeded to break the speed limits all the way back to the yard And was condescending when he parked in front of my car as I tried to exit the yard. Probably would avoid parking here again just due to the attitude of the driver.”

“Parked over Easter. No waiting for buses. 8 minute walk to airport from drop off/collect point of bus, not suitable if you struggle walking. Overall very good service 👌”

“Rang day before to ask if I could bring my car in the night before booked as I’d booked the airport hotel. Agreed to that and didn’t charge me any extra. Easy to find and smooth quick transfer to airport there and on return. Will definitely use again.”

“Very good. Staff were helpful and welcoming only had to wait a few minutes to be taken to the airport its a short walk to the terminal 5 mins max from the drop off point were picked up only 10mins from ringing them to say we were back excellent service and have no problem using them again”
