“I booked the wrong airport !!! I rang you within 5 minutes of making the reservation. To ask for a refund. You said you would get back to me but you didn’t.”

“Was really worried about leaving my car with an off site company as I have heard horror stories at other airports but I had nothing to be worried about ! In 2 car parks were brilliant the site was safe and secure the staff were lovely and the shuttle buses were fast and always there waiting will continue to use these every time I fly from Liverpool so much cheaper than taxis really couldn’t fault them in anyway!”

“Excellent transportation to and from the airport, my only criticism is that a list of names should be given as we were waiting, after calling you and a group of people just walked straight in front of us and we were made to wait for the next bus,”

“Your driver who picked us up just stopped opened the back and stepped back helping no one with case's didn't even help a woman who couldn't get on the van when we got to your car park he just opened back again and disappeared very ignorant person”

“I don’t like profiteering. To take £5 off me after I’d already paid parking my fee is shameful. There were 8 people in the minibus each way. That’s £80 where I come from, and a rip off for a service that should be included. And I’d bet a fiver the pick up and collection fees at the airport are nothing like this sneaky and despicable cheat.”
