“Going out a dream really organised however coming Home had to wait a while for the pick up driver advised only 1 pick up vehicle available so had to wait. However still would properly use again”

“We waited 30min at the airport and 15min on the site. Travelling with cases between passengers. We were asked to have 5year old on lap. Not very polite staff”

“Did not use them I'd booked before I saw all the reviews so tried ringing up to cancel/refund my booking a few times got told all I would get is a credit note so did not bother anymore”

“Only one shuttle bus and one estate car doing transfer to car park site from airport. There were 5 in our party so could only use the bus. Had to wait 1 hour for bus due to volume of people on our flight using in2carparks. No order of pick up either just all had to fight for bud when it came. Very disappointed”

“Got to the car park in the early hours of the morning with my family to be greeted by an older guy on the desk, I got the kids out of the car who then had to listen to a foul mouthed rant from him. Not the way to start the holiday which is why I didn't rise to it. On our return the car was ready although we had to wait some time for pick up as there was only one mini bus instead of the usual 2. The manner of the day people was a real contrast to when we collected the car but certainly won't be using them again Shame as Liverpool airport was well organised.”

“Left car for a week no problems friendly guys when l booked car in. Mini bus airport brilliant After landing back at John Lennon When awaiting pickup from mini bus was abit of await (not to long) maybe need more than one mini bus at busier times. Only a minor thing Would recommend and would use again”
