“Staff were all nice and helpful when we deposited our car with loading our luggage. However we didn't know that we got dropped off and picked up in a car park down the road from the airport, which is only a five minute walk for a able person, but not good for a disabled person like myself. My car was safe and secure whilst we was away.”

“Brilliant service as usual - the only gripe was that they have changed the drop off point to the airport to the airport main car park which is a long walk (we are fortunate as no mobility problems) we found out coming back that we could have paid a £5 fee to be dropped off in the usual place which we would have happily done and will do next time”

“We were dropped off a long way from the Airport my wife has respiratory problems, we were told to ask to be collected nearer the terminal on our return at a cost of £4, this we did and it did not happen another long walk.”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. You should have been collected from the terminal if you had requested this. Sadly, the official drop off point at the airport is Liverpool airports decision. We agree it is far, that is why we offer the option to be dropped at the terminal for the cost of the entry barrier fee.

“The car park was easy to find from the directions on the booking confirmation. Flight details & keys were taken quickly & efficiently. All the team were friendly- were left to the drop off at the airport quickly & on return, a 10 minute wait to be picked up again. I cannot fault any aspect of the service & the price was excellent.”
