“AVOID IF YOU CAN POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AGGRESSIVE AND RUDE WHEN DEALING WITH IN PERSON READ OTHER REVIEWS FOR SIMILAR EXPERIENCES GLAD I DID NOT LEAVE MY CAR WITH THEM NO EMAIL CONFORMATION OF BOOKING BUT OUR MONEY WAS TAKEN AND THEY DID NOT KNOW WHI WE WERE WHEN WE CALLED AT FIRST”

Hi, thanks for your feedback. Every booking that goes through the website receives a confirmation of booking. We are also not aggressive people and have been parking cars for over 16 years at Liverpool airport for thousands of happy customers.

“No problems. Easy to find, pulled up and dealt with immediately. Straight on our way to the terminal building. Upon our return, it was all just as easy. My car did have a lot of bird poo on but can't blame them for that lol.”

“The new drop off and pick up location is not convenient, i we probably wouldn't book our car in next time we fly from Liverpool. We actually paid the cost of entering and exiting the car park our selves, but on our return, we had to wait until the passenger's where picked up from the new location and taken back to the yard .and the driver said even if we had walked over to the new pick-up area, there wouldn't have been any room for us on the minibus, this has happened in the the past ,where by my husband and i were split up as there wasnt any room for him on the minibus, i dont feel this new drop off / pick-up is acceptable, if its was raining, or if the passenger's would be expected to drag suitcases to the pick-up point and they where elderly. So unless this is changed we would have to consider using another company in the future.”
