“never had a problem exactly as expected”

“Being using this company for 20 odd yrs, but bit surprised at the way they charge now...! Quoted £52.99 for 10 nights cover, discount of £5.30 taken off which then brought it to £47.69.... BUT then ended up paying £57.69 as if your Disabled or can walk any distance, they charge you the £5 both ways, drop off/pick up to cover the car park....!!! Its fair enough but you should MAKE this VERY clear on your website when booking, as it Beyond not fair if you are a disabled person... Or just include this in the price as I felt very cheated on the day, as only explained it to me when he saw my CRUTCH....!!!!!”

“Nothing to much trouble. I messed them around a bit through no fault of my own. I had to return for my car 3 days early I gave them 6 hrs notice. It was ready and waiting for me bet it was buried deep in the rows back too. Not a grumble from them. Superb thanks! Gina.”

“Driver smiling, good-humoured even though it was past midnight. Five-minute transfer. very helpful would use again. The only issue e had was trying to follow instructions. We couldn't find the credit building mentioned in the directions.”

“Everything was excellent. If I had to make one remark is that the drop off point and pick up point at Liverpool airport is at the free drop area. I would rather pay that little bit extra and be dropped off and picked up at the area nearer the terminal where they ask for payment. This is one fact I will consider when booking again. If there was a company that charged a little extra but dropped you off at the point nearer the terminal , I would book with them.”

“Would use again. Dropped us off in the airport car park as there's a fee charged by the airport to go to the door, only a short walk of about 3-5 minutes. Called to be picked up on the way home, waited about 10 minutes. Driver was a nice guy.”

“Car park was easy to find and my car was in the same condition as I left it. The only negative is that they do not pick up / collect from the front doors of the airport. You are dropped in one of the airport car parks”
