“Rang day before to ask if I could bring my car in the night before booked as I’d booked the airport hotel. Agreed to that and didn’t charge me any extra. Easy to find and smooth quick transfer to airport there and on return. Will definitely use again.”

“Very good. Staff were helpful and welcoming only had to wait a few minutes to be taken to the airport its a short walk to the terminal 5 mins max from the drop off point were picked up only 10mins from ringing them to say we were back excellent service and have no problem using them again”

“Post code doesn’t take you to the exact location so additional signage would help, once found, parked up, booked in & left keys at reception it takes about 5 minutes to get dropped off just across road from the terminal. On return you phone them up to be collected at the pick up point which is a 5 to 8 minute walk away from the terminal at a bus stop inside a car park, the walk is fine if you’re able & the weather is fine but could be problematic if you have difficulty in walking, have children or inclement weather. Mini bus arrived promptly & it’s 1st come 1st served, unfortunately some had to wait to be picked up after the 1st batch was dropped off, quickly collected keys and collected car from a different parking bay from where it was 1st parked then we was in our way home, this was the cheapest airport parking found but comes with some compromises.”

“1st and last time used. On arrival we were taken into the airport and asked to pay £5 which we did. On return we were told to follow the red path and we would be collected. I am disabled and find walking very difficult and had no idea how far I would need to walk. Made 4 phone calls to ask for help and nobody picked up. Returned to the terminal to get a taxi to the car park as I was exhausted. Phoned again and got an answer and was told to go to the bus stop opposite the yellow submarine and I would be collected. I had to pay £5 and it was worth it. Why wasn't this offered first of all? Why isn't £10 added to the cost of parking and then the pick up would be close to the terminal. The pick up procedure was not explained properly. Will never use again and will never recommend.”
