“I broke down just before I arrived at your car park my cam belt broke I phoned the office and they told me they could not do anything to help I then ask whether I could get a refund. I was told to get in touch with Parking Up. They said it was up to you I have since e-mailed you and had no response.”

“Giving two stars as there was no warning you’d have quite a walk to the airport from stop off. My partner has a disability regards walking and we’re simply told it’s where we drop off or we have to pay £5. Seriously the amount of money made and won’t pay £5!!! If there was pre warning we wouldn’t have even booked. Mini bus stunk of cigarettes. But got us to and from ok.”

“Just used the car park 5th-12th july 2023 and was a very good service, arrived around 6am an was taken to the airport on the mini bus within 15mins. Same coming back just rang through to the office and they sent the driver over to collect us an took us to the car park where my car was waiting for me. Will use again . Thanks”

“Friendly and efficient system to take you to and from the airport. Waited less than 2 mins to be taken and brought back to car park. Car was waiting on forecourt ready to drive off when I returned. Will use again, cheers”

“I was a little nervous upon booking due to some of the other reviews and that I was leaving a hire car with a hefty excess but, the service was great. We were dropped off and picked up with no problem, it was all as expected. My only issue was the car park was a little hard to find at 3.30am after a 3 hour drive.”

“I've got to be honest I was a little dubious about this carpark but how wrong was I! Its was the easiest drop off pick up, the guys were so nice and helpful I will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend them..”

“I asked for a refund because I didn't want this company using my car whilst on holiday. I was under the impression I would get a refund but I did not.”

“We're not locals. We travelled down to Liverpool from Scotland and the guys made everything very easy for us. Even when our return home flight was delayed until 4am, they arrived on time to collect us. Very happy with the service”
