“Firstly the man demanded an extra £5 and didn't offer any explanation why. He then was very rude and said I hadn't said anything arrival time which I had. Finally got no help with putting our luggage in the van as the driver had broken his foot.”

“My trip was cancelled. I contacted In2CarParks to see what they could do, but never received a reply. Full payment lost, so I won't be booking with them again, and I wouldn't recommend them either”
